www.travelersunite.com now features a section on China. See the main page for this update. The site was updated with this category in early June. As of today (June 13, 2003) the site features several stories by Nick Cogan who lived in China for one year while teaching English. These stories are of his experiences in China & the Chinese culture. Nick is currently finishing up his degree at the University of Arkansas in International Relations with a Minor in Asian studies (I think that's exactly right, I forgot exactly). You can read his experiences by clicking his name on the main page at www.travelersunite.com. icon_rolleyes.gif

When you are planning out your vacation accommodations, you might automatically dismiss the Samui villas as being to expensive. Depending on your situation though, they could be exactly the right choice for you! While this might take you slightly off the beaten path, you'll find that you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility that Thailand's islands are so well known for. Frequently, because the Samui villas are part of a loose system, you'll still be able to get get to town for the nightlife and parties via a bus or a car, and when you go home, you won't have to deal with that vibrant nightlife right outside your window!
